Dynamics is the MSG of dancing. It’s not just about patterns. It is about the highs and lows, the hard and soft, the fast and slow, the smooth or sharp. Deep dive into a whole new tool set of skills that will elevate your dance to a whole new feeling.
What is the Spotlight Series?
The Spotlight Series is designed to immerse you in one topic for longer.
Each month is an immersive deep dive into a single core topic. During most other classes, you might get one or two sessions only on a subject or theme that needs more time! It’s one thing to just learn a movement or a pattern, but to practise, to integrate, to have time to listen and build it into our muscle memories……
