What is the Spotlight Series?
The Spotlight Series is designed to immerse you in one topic for longer.
Each month is an immersive deep dive into a single core topic. During most other classes, you might get one or two sessions only on a subject or theme that needs more time! It’s one thing to just learn a movement or a pattern, but to practise, to integrate, to have time to listen and build it into our muscle memories……
