16-week Intermediate Choreography Course

It has been a great journey so far. Balao Brothers Boneca Babe team has performed over 9 times now in just over 1 year. The team has even nabbed 2nd place in Australia’s premier Zouk Team competition, Brazouky Melbourne! We had a great experience with you all and we loved the team dynamic. We look forward to continue to bring more quality performances to the Australia and the world again together :)

As it has been our consistent ethos, we want to develop courses that will coach you in the right fundamental techniques and & introduce consistent body training that will lift your lines, technique and aesthetic in your dance, bringing you stronger fundamentals, confidence and a great sense of accomplishment. It will challenge you, frustrate you, but we've seen great success at the end consistently after the hard work. We want to continue to help you grow and be part of your beautiful dance journey

For this reason, we would like to continue with our previous class format:

Intermediate Class - 1 hour

Performance Class - 1 hour

This class is open to all students who are interested to join. We recommend you have at least one year of zouk experience to join this intermediate team. If you do not have this experience, but would like to challenge yourself, send us an enquiry in the website form and we will come back to you to assess how we can get you up to speed.

The weekly syllabus will introduce moves chosen for performance routines. In this class, we will go in depth the technique of the move and variations to show you where it is applicable for socials. This class will then combine the moves taught in the intermediate class, and turn it into a routine!

Performance training offers conditioning for your body to remember moves and execute moves like a well oiled machine :)

We are aiming to bring a team to train & perform in the upcoming stage opportunities that are happening all over Australia. Dance has no more restrictions in NSW now!
