Exploring different types of isolations, micro-movements and body movements that will enable both leaders and followers to have their own flavour and confidence in their social dance repertoire.

The Spotlight Series is designed to immerse you in one topic for longer.
Each month is an immersive deep dive into a single core topic. During most other classes, you might get one or two sessions only on a subject or theme that needs more time! It’s one thing to just learn a movement or a pattern, but to practise, to integrate, to have time to listen and build it into our muscle memories… takes time!
