This 2 hour workshop is facilitated by Heidi, our Zouk Unity teacher.
Learn how to learn. Zouk Lab encourages and guides you on a journey of personal growth. It will provide you ideas and mindsets that will help you in any classes you take. It teaches you how you can look at a class, a technique, a pattern, and how you can break it down so that your learning is as effective as possible.
